What have you seen in 5 yrs and nearly 150 games. To think this kid can play in an attacking, possession based, fast flowing team
What have you seen from any of his managers tactics in the same 5 years that ever equated to Everton being an attacking, possession based, fast flowing team? Maybe, just maybe, he might be more of an asset to the squad if they don’t treat the football like a used syringe

I like Davies and I’m happy enough for him to stay around on relatively low wages as a local lad who gives his all. We’ve been watching him for years now though, and I think it’s fair to have an opinion on what he can and can’t do. In my opinion he just doesn’t have the technical or physical attributes to be a key player in that type of team. One of his biggest weaknesses is the amount of time he wants on the ball, even very simple touch and pass situations seem to cause him a problem at times because he’s so slow to react.

He’s crap full stop championship player. Abs that’s not even near the top

Yet you have seen a chimpanzee play football and appear more talented? Give your head ‘like a fkin orange‘ a wobble.
They're entering one in the Tour de France on a tricycle.

Nothing against Davies as a person, lovely lad who does a lot of good work in the community, just not at footballing level we need to progress.

Yes he seems to do this thing, like hold on to the ball to long and when it’s taken off him, he ends fouling his opponent.

Sorry but I do t get the wages thing, if we go some decent money for him, say 12mil that’s pure profit for the club, which we couid actually go and buy a 35mil replacement, give or take.

While we probably still owe 10mil on Gomes and probably 12 on iwobi. I’d still sell both just to get them off the books and it would still help us sign players
