What could happen is that he could leave for free, get a large signing on fee and an increase in wages from some other club.

He'd get banged up for his clobber.

Really feel for the lad, I badly wanted him to do well here but it just isn't happening. His peak years will be at a side like Sheff Utd or Norwich I reckon. There is a decent player in there he just doesn't seem to care enough about footy.

No, he’s sucked the life out of the fans, with his bang average performances. He wouldn’t have lasted 2 yrs at an ambitious club. But he’s still here 6yrs and 150 games later
