The bit of skill and the class of the finish should win it!!!

By what?
He dinks it over the keeper, clear as day on the replays.
Yaya Toure slides in but the ball is long gone by then or am I being fished?
You need to get some glasses
he shoots, it deflects off toure, hits davies and goes over the keeper. wasn't going in otherwise.
its very clear from one of the replay angles, no one mentions it though because it takes a bit of the gloss of an otherwise great goal.

no one mentions it cos you've made it up
It really didn't.

sorry but you're all 100% blind and 100% wrong, no two ways about it
I have a 1080p rip of it loaded up now. it took a deflection which led to it going over the keeper, you can only see it in one replay angle.
Take nothing away from the goal tho, it was outstanding from start to finish, without the deflection it would have gone in 100% regardless.
The last replay here.
You can clearly see it hit Toures foot.

Nah. He scoops it, goes over the foot. Frame by frame it!
Well if he managed to chip it from the rebound off Toure's leg, it just makes it all that more special doesn't it!!Don't think it was going in without the deflection, the deflection gave the ball enough height to beat the goalie.
Still a great goal and the intention to chip was there.
