Not sure the U19s group are that strong tbh. They play in their Euro elite group over the next week. Only the winners go through to the finals in the summer and England have top seeds Spain in their group. I can't see them getting through so I can see Tom being used in one of the other summer competitions. The under 20s have a very settled group (which already includes 5 Everton players plus Ledson) and I think Tom has shown he's already above that level anyway. So I can see him being with the U21s this summer and I think it will be a good experience for him too.
