Has done well everytime I've watched him, so shows promise. Last night there was a moment towards the end of stoppage time where he had made a decent move and may have been able to get behind the CB, but our player didn't put it through.

needs to buy an Alice Band as he has a habit of pushing his hair behind his ears at regular intervals.

BUT has filled out quite a bit since last season and will be a player in the very near future. Great to see him & Holgate on the bench and kudos to RK for picking young talent

You say we have 2 waves of youth and in the first wave only 1 player came through our academy.

Even in the lower age groups its littered with bought players, Holgate, Galloway, Hennen to name a few.

Dunno why we cant just marvel at how good Tom Davies was and leave it at that.

Their academy gets raved about but we stomped them in all the academy leagues last year. They've had some high profile successes but that doesn't mean they have a consistent crop of talent.

Koeman so far has just played the players who get us the best result, regardless of name, age or reputation.
