I don't think he is Everton material. Then again, I have been wrong about players that Martinez have brought in before.

I agree, I think £4m is a very fair price for Ince. I'm actually kind of surprised its not more, where is his 'young and English' premium?

From what I've seen of him in interviews he seems fine. Yeah he's a bit confidence but is he that much more so than any other young professional athlete making lots of money?

His contract up in the summer and if it goes to tribunal they'll probably only get 3m
