I am actually starting to pity the guy now, watching him against Birmingham. He can do some nice build up play, but once in the box, he is shot. Quite sad in a way, bit like a seeing a golfer implode.
 

i too am rooting for him. I still think he is a world class player, genuine world class,,,,you don't become a bad player overnight. I f he could get a couple of goals to his name his confidence would get a huge boost, wether that would come at chelsea or elsewhere i have no idea but there is something seriously going on with him at the moment that is destroying his confidence..... i reckon it has something to do with Drogba,, I reckon he is a very forcefull character in their dressing room and a bit of a bully type,,,i think he felt threatened by torres so he has made things difficult for him............thats what i would like to think anyway as i despise drogba with all my heart and soul. Anyway, i hope he does come good soon.
 
Someone said he refused to take the penalty last night, the Blues fans were chanting "we want Torres", when Chelsea won the penalty. Ouch.
 
It's been a really bad year for him, but he is still a class player. Drogba had a dog of a first year with Chelski too.......
