You didn't post a picture of the crowd all wearing flat caps and all smoking woodbines. Other than that great preview again.

1-4 to the mighty Waltoners.

From their last game it was very clear that Tottenham have a weak left backside - Basel sent almost 90% of their attacks down their right -
so we have to sort out our right hand side attacks for Sunday -
that Tottenham gollywog/Fellaini looka-like is useless and Dawson is a snail at full pace -
this is where we needed a few exposed youngsters to step in and make a name for themself -
now we have a few uncertain youngsters having to perform miracles and maybe ruining their reputations in the process -
justifying them to be benched for another 2 seasons -
Tottenham is there for the taking with all their injuries - unfortunately we have problems of our own

WTF. Really?

Um, What the [Poor language removed] ?

could be three key players out both teams but their lack of pace as a result must be more worrying for them because there side is built around it..have felt deep down we will lose this for a long time but if Coleman and Baines use the freedom they should get then starting to feel optimistic. I see Spurs slipping away anyway so even a good performance will do if we go into the Arsenal game confident

Is that word counted as racist?

Yes...

The English-American authorFlorence Upton invented the golliwog in a series of picture books produced at the onset of the Jim Crow laws, which mandated racial segregation in the American South. She described the character as "a horrid sight, the blackest gnome". He was clothed in the same apparel as the black-faced minstrels then prevalent in Europe and North America. He had thick lips, unruly black hair, and his hands and feet were paws.

The golliwog, like many related stereotypes of "primitive" black people ("picaninnies", minstrels, "mammies" and so on), quickly found a commercial market, producing a flood of cartoons and advertising imagery. It was taken up as a symbol by Hamleys, Harrods, Trebor and Robertson's jam. This imagery was consistent with a tendency to represent black people through the prism of biological racism. For example, the colonial exhibitions through which European states celebrated their global power featured "human zoos" and "negro villages".

The most insidious feature of these images is that they were intended for consumption by children, part of their socialisation into the adult world of race relations. It is because of this that many apologists for those racist images find it convenient to lapse into sentimental fugue state, in which history is obliterated. Yet, there is always time to grow up.

Basically it was something created out of racist attitudes and used to spread them. It should be just as unacceptable as the word n****r.

Out of order that.
