Same old same old.
Just heard Ronnie Goodlass say on Merseyside that if that performance happened in his day "things would have been said in the dressing room". Someone needs to say something.

Bottoms need to be kicked!

He did his job, Spurs were smart enough to all have a go instead of one player constantly fouling.

It's snide but it's intelligent, unlike our players who seem to think that putting in a bit of effort means fouling someone needlessly.
Nah I'm not having that, it happens weekly to the good players in lesser teams in this league. Grealish and Zaha are two other examples where they just got fouled repeatedly because it goes relatively unpunished and is the only threat neutralized. The ref needs to realize it by the second or third and start handing out the cards automatically.

It is also time to think about a sin bin. Cynical play is winning play in football now and it is a joke. Diving, fouling and playacting are as integral as passing and shooting.

I mean they won by a lucky deflection hardly played us off the park we just didn't turn up to no surprise cause we are cowards.

Main problem is they didn't really have to. Once that goal went in that was it.

I'm not too concerned though, this is blag footy for me right now, means nothing.

Eurghhh, that was dreadful. Siggurdson has got to be done after that abject display. Iwobi and Davies trying and failing to control the ball is like a comedy in the silent movie era. Anyone who doesn't think the first player (two, probably) we should sign is a CM should book themselves in for some ECT. I gave Digne MOTM but Gordon looked very bright and Kean looked lively as well.

The cycle of an Evertonian:
Comup against a bigger team

Know you’re not going to beat bigger team

Watch Everton play the big team knowing you’re not going to win

Get beat by bigger team

Repeat

proper, proper boring now.
