That was dreadful , entire midfield simply not good enough or not performing , I feel for the two upfront wasting their time waiting for something to make it to them . Keeper just leaves you open mouthed .

In possession we are pushing the fullbacks way up down the touchlines, moving Davies and Sigurdsson wider and having Iwobi and Richarlison play wide too. We've got nothing down the middle because no one is playing down the middle. It might be fatally flawed.

That Richarlison effort should be the reminder for what we need to do to have any success in this game. Hit the forwards early and get them running at their defence. All this ploddy passing just allows them to regroup and swarm the front men.
