Gomes has been equally bad to be fair...can only pass sideways or backwards...our midfield is shocking...dont we have at least somebody in the youth team that can pass the ball forward?

They've been crap mate and barely deserve the lead.

We’ve had 2 good attacking runs up through midfield, both of them were from Yerry Mina. Probably why Gomes isn’t playing for Barcelona and why Davies hasn’t got close to an England call up really isn’t it?

It's a take your pick out of the entire midfield, but for me - and I hate saying it as I like the player - it was Gomes. He's been really poor since his return from injury if we're being brutally honest.

Davies is a decent utility option, and Gomes is boss when he wants to be.

Apart from that, we need a brand new left wing, right wing, and two centre mids.
