He's cover and a switch-it-up option. It doesn't shock me that Lampard is going with the first XI at the start. I wouldn't be surprised to see Vinagre come in relatively early in the first half now that McNeil is on a yellow.

Not really, almost every team does it against some opponents, especially teams that are playing away at a ground they are historically poor at and a team that are high in the table.

We also haven’t exactly been parking the bus, we’ve probably had the better chances when we’ve countered.
