Garner was absolutely fantastic once he moved back into his normal position. Dreadful decision to play Gueye again and not have Garner there.

Too many players playing well below par. Spurs are absolutely ripe to concede goals the way they play and we've just been so soft and nice and not taken any chances.

I can see why there are reports of us being interested in bringing another winger in, McNeil and Harrison are both so wasteful at times that it makes it hard to create patterns of play/chances with both in the team at the same time.

lot of moaners on here, BBC say,

Spurs have a strong two-goal lead but Everton have been threatening all half and ended the better of the two sides.

Tbh i think its because they lead with 2 goals and are showing a bit of complacency. They were playing some.very good stuff before

You're right. But then everyone moans about diving.

Probably couldn't risk going down softly for fear of a second yellow for diving.

100% pen though and if they really want to eradicate diving the VAR has to do his job or else players will continue to feel the need to do it.

Yeah they've got a great front 3 and do some pretty stuff, but I repeat this spurs team are nowhere near elite, sheer self-harm from the lads and gaffer to be 2-0 down to these

Spot on - they’re easy on the eye going forward but top sides will obliterate that style of defending.

Unfortunately our Achilles heel is picking well weighted passes and keeping composure in the final third - we’re a highly energetic outfit now - everyone putting in a shift - we just lack that quality.

Ironically it could be the best game for Gomes to come in to.

Think Beto would be better than DCL the way this is going.

We seem to crap ourselves when faced with ball carrying players.
2 poor goals conceded but we haven't totally collapsed as of yet and realistically should be back in the game
