Same here, expecting a beating, but just want to see some heart in the performance.

I also reckon Fellaini needs a song from the fans to bolster his confidence (y)

How about (to the tune of Sinita's so macho)

He's got such a.... big afro
He's got such a....big afro
He's gotta be big and strong
To chase the ball thats long

He's gotta have... big strong thighs
To jump for the...pass thats high
And he won't know how
to trim his monobrow

I would like to see the return of the midget gems for this game- the team I would go for:

Neville Yobo Jags Lescott
Rodwell Fellaini
Arteta Ossie Pienaar
Yak

Get Cahill on later on to give them something else to think about.

We are gonna get killed by their pace in this one.

Unless we pull out a great performance they will do us.

Lets see how many crosses we can stick on Gomes to trouble him.

Baines needs to start against Lennon, based on form he will turn Lescott inside out.

Stevie Wonder could see that would be the sensible thing to do.

Moyes will probably keep Baines on the bench in case he wants to make a late substitution involving Phil Neville again. Was probably Phils turn to run the bath.

We'll draw or win this one, lads. I can feel it in my bones. Moyes will have given the lads a fecking bollocking after the Wigan debacle. This will be a gritty display and everyone will do their bit. Spurs might be in form but that will not continue forever. Remember, Harry Redknapp is a [Poor language removed] manager and his skills come from blagging people into performing. But that is all he has if truth be known. Once their lads start getting a hard time by Everton, watch them wilt. Then again, we'll probably lose 5-0. No, this'll be a 2-1 victory to Everton, with both goals coming from the Yak, assisted by Fellaini.

COYBB!(y)

which Everton will turn up I wonder?

3-1 to Spurs but I won't be listening, had a nice relaxing week away, don't want to go back to work with a miz gob on.:(

Prove me wrong lads please.

Everton from : Howard, Nash, Neville, Yobo, Lescott, Jagielka, Baines, Osman, Arteta, Cahill, Fellaini, Castillo, Rodwell, Yakubu, Jutkiewicz, Gosling.....2 players short of a team with a full bench which means 2 kids or 2 unfit players will be picked.

out : Pienaar (unfit), jacobsen (unfit) Saha (hamstring), vaughan (knee) Anichebe (hamstring) ,hibbert (thigh), valente (knee) , vdm or kissock (more chance of seeing the loch ness monster or a yeti it seems)

im sure moyes will stick with his golden boys and go 451

............howard
nevillle yobo jags lescott
............rodwell
arteta cahill fellaini osman
..............yak

subs ...nash baines irving molyneux castillo gosling jutkiewicz

i still reckon gosling has been showing good enough form in the reserves to make an instant impact on our midfeild.
if rodwell cahill or fellaini dont perform id love to see gosling and/or castillo given a chance.

FFS - cant we be more careful in training - how many injuries do we have?!, with the team depleted the team should be:

Howard

Neville - Yobo - Jagielka - BAINES

Castillo
Arteta - Fellaini - Osman
Cahill

Yakubu

No Rodwell, yes, i think we need abit more strength in hte midfield against Tottenham. No Lescott either - Couldnt handle Valencias pace - Id hate to see him up against Lennon.

---------------Howard-----------------

Neville-----Yobo-----Jagielka-----Lescott

Arteta-----Fellaini----Osman------Pienaar

-----------------Cahill-----------------

----------------Yakubu----------------

I think we'll see something like that to be honest. Not the team I'd go with but certainly a capable side. It's about time some of our big players stood up and be counted. I'm talking about the likes of Arteta, Yak, Cahill and Lescott who have all been below par this season.

I want a similar performance to last season. Get in there faces, play some good football and everyone get involved and actually look like they want it. Our attacking players have to step up and not shy away from the ball.

This is a winnable game and if we play to our strengths we can win. We have done over the last two years despite being underdogs. What I'd like to see is Fellaini sitting for once and let Ossie have that free attacking role. He always plays well at White Hart Lane does Ossie, I don't want to see Moyes using him in a deep midfield position.

COYB...

I can't get optimistic for this game at all. I've been trying all week but I just can't see it. Our only hope is for Mikel to be amazing, win loads of free kicks and score from every single one because Gomes is a clown.
