In my opinion you can split teams into two main overall strategies.

Either possession based or countering based.

We have the attack for a counterattack side but definitely don't have the right defense.

For possession based I don't think we have the defense or the attack. Neither.

Carlo was a great manager. He quickly came to the conclusion was counterattacking was our only way to play given the players

But games we expect nothing from, at least give the fans reason to have hope.

We also played some possession football with him though, not just giving the ball away and sitting back.

The passing wasn't amazing but it was decent, if a bit too simple at times.

It's what we need currently - to keep it simple.
