Staying with the lady half way up a decent drag in Czech this week so have been out early the last few days going up and down it a few times. Around 7km long so a decent workout. Fine way to start the day. Lots of mountain bikers out this way. They seem to go from pub to pub, and they serve pints of Kofola (the Czech version of Coke), which they all seem to enjoy.

Yeah it's been good. Blooming hot all week. Reached around 40 last weekend when we were at the local lake. All the natives seemed to go natural so had a go at that. When in Rome and all that. Never thought to put lotion on my arse though so that got a bit burnt

Better than getting it chewed off for not joining in though.
Aye, it'll be interesting to see who rides it. Wouldn't be surprised to see Contador on the start-line. He's had a rubbish season thus far. Maybe Nibali will be there too.

It's been a cracking year for the Columbians. Suspect Betancur will feature at the Vuelta as well. What odds on one of them winning a hilly Worlds in September?
Must say, I'm enjoying the Vuelta this year. Yesterday was kinda epic. Torrential rain. People withdrawing due to hypothermia.
