If Lamela was a loan I'd love it.

Definitely flopped at Spurs but I watched Roma a lot that year and there is clearly a very, very talented player in there. He'd have a far better chance of making it here than at Spurs I feel.

It would certainly be a risk, but I'd also see the potential upside.

I wouldn't mind Lamela and don't think he was utilised well at Spurs, as well as being in the middle of a really unsettled team. As a welshie though I would also have taken Mark Hughes as Moyes' replacement so don't listen to me...
