Have to say I disagree on this one.

If he had the money, he should be inventive. If we were going to spend 15-18M on 1 player, it wouldn't be that difficult to go after another decent target for that amount.

He has said all along he wanted a playmaker. He has an hour to stop himself looking like a complete balloon IMO and I really hope he has something up his sleeve as I do like the man.

I do like Lennon, I really think he was a good short term option last season. But I can't help thinking back to when the Yarmolenko deal was looking very much 'on' and some posters said that it will fall through and we'll end up with Lennon. I laughed...and now I can't help but feel a bit let down by the club like

Anyway, if he comes il cheers him but we've missed out on pushing the team forward and getting top 4 without a top class am coming in.

Especially as arsenal, utd, and Liverpool are looking awful.
