That’s in SeineI'd forgotten you have to pay for a piss in Paris. Next one's going straight in the Seine and cutting out the middle man.
Iirc correctly I found Vilnius to be nicer than Kaunas in terms of Lithuanian cities.Trip getting booked tonight for May 2025 with 5 of the mates. Flying into Riga in Latvia and spending a night there, then on to Kaunas in Lithuania for a night, Warsaw for a night and finishing in Berlin for 2 nights.
A change from our annual sun and beach holiday.
We have flights out and home booked so still some flexibility around destinations and duration at them.Iirc correctly I found Vilnius to be nicer than Kaunas in terms of Lithuanian cities.
Vilnius is really nice. Did a week in Lithuania some years back and rented an apartment in Vilnius for the whole time. Really enjoyed it there and was able to take some day trips to Trakai and the Hill of the CrossesIirc correctly I found Vilnius to be nicer than Kaunas in terms of Lithuanian cities.
I’d go for Costa Rica - sounds ace.Thinking of going to Mexico or Costa Rica next year

I never had the time bud. I was looking around stockhol and spent a day in Uppsala. I did look it up on google and it looks a nice place. The houses remind me of Ystad in the South. I want to go back to Stockholm and will visit Sigtuna when I do (Cheers for the tip). A very enjoyable few days I had, now lets do Fulham.Sigtuna is worth a visit if you've never been. About an hour north of Stockholm as I remember. Touristy granted, but nowhere near as bad as Gamla Stan. This time of year should be pretty quiet from the tourist horde.

I fear for you if you’re driving.Arrived in Tirana yesterday afternoon. It is one of my favourite cities already
Not a chanceI fear for you if you’re driving.
I don't drink very often so none of that really bothers me. I do like Copenhagen, lovely place. I will go to Sigtuna in the future. No worries, once I move back to europe permanently I need to go pay it a visit again, and see if some of the old classics like Wirstroms pub in Gamla Stan are still anything like they used to be. Used to be half a pig on a plate for breakfast, which in Stockholm made it stand out. And eat my weight in Kanelbulle obviously. The state run offy used to wreck my head though closing at 6pm on a friday and noon on a saturday and closed all sunday. Copenhagen was a lot more alcohol friendly for whatever reason.
