Couple of dodgy ones here.

Jimmy McCambridge and Benjamin Howard-Baker. (Nobody knows if his name was Baker with Howard as a middle name or Howard-Baker, Wiki have gone for baker but certain books have it as Howard-Baker.)
 
McCambridge is right, only one FA Cup appearance but that's enough. Howard-Baker like you I was unsure whether to allow, if that is his surname, it's the only double-barrelled one ever to play for Everton. You can have it as a bonus answer.

Winterhalder is right and ties with Wolstenholme for the longest British name, though Winterhalder is of German origin and Wolstenholme is English, so Sam wins.

I've still got one more and it'll annoy you. Post-war.

Guessing you're not counting Juniors? Like Kenny Junior or Morrissey Junior?
