Canada, Croatia, Ecuador, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal, Slovakia and three more.

We bought Myhre from norway, david murray from south africa and Vidarsson from iceland.
 
Of the three remaining nations: one we had a single player acquired from the french league, another we had two players both acquired from the english league and the third we had numerous players acquired from the english, scottish and portuguese leagues.

That's actually the key to the last one. The question was about leagues. Monaco play in the french league, berwick play in the scottish leagues, derry in the irish league. So buying from those wouldn't count as buying from the monacan, english and nrothern irish leagues.

There's a nation where we've bought from their players from their clubs but not from their league.
