OK so I often talk about youth being given a chance.

Only 11 footballers from everton youth's set up have made their debut since Howard Kendall's first managerial game in 1981 and gone onto to make more than 100 competive everton appeareances. (By youth set up, I'm including any player who never played a competive game elsewhere before signing for everton.)

Can you name them?
