Just finished The Boys. Very good, myself and the missus smashed through the series in barely more than a day. Keith Urban doing his best Jason Statham impression and talking about the Spice Girls is the thing I never knew I wanted

Good. I'll watch it then. After watching the Sunderland one the city one is rubbish in my opinion.

One moment in particular where he winds Ederson up during shooting practice was hilarious.

Just started succession. Jury is still out for me, I’ve almost had my fill of shoes about rich people and the problems they have with being rich people. This seems to be a toned down version of dirty sexy money but equally not very good. I’m hoping someone out there is going to tell me that it’ll improve.

I couldn’t deal with barely liking a single character. Made me feel tense. Like 10 Ramsey Bolton’s on the screen all at once. Watched 2 episodes. Apparently it’s worth sticking with and I’ll probably revisit when I’m in the right frame of mind.

Next series is out in a few weeks. Fairly trashy but some very good characters in it. Looking forward to seeing where they go with things

Agree with that. The City one just lacked any dramatic arc. With the Brazil and Sunderland documentaries, you have some interesting backstories (the Sunderland implosion was great car crash viewing).

The city one is like they invited their own production team, like an advert. Sunderland was proper fly on the wall
