Has anyone watched The sun always shines in Philadelphia, was recommended it by a friend, especially from 2nd series onwards when Danny DeVito joins the show.

I think it's hilarious and is one of my favourite shows but it won't be for everyone. Danny DeVito is brilliant in it but so are the whole cast.

It's now had 14 seasons and the 15th has been greenlit. What is amazing about it is that the level has barely dropped in that time. Admittedly it is not as good as it used to be but I still think it's great which is very impressive after all that time.

Started watching new The Right Stuff adaptation. Nowhere near as good as Tom Wolfe’s book, but I’m a fool for anything about the space program

Class that Blood of Zeus. Castlevania vibe with the animation and set up nicely for a second season at least. 8x 30 min eps so not hard to tick off in an evening.

Watched a couple Netflix series; To The Lake (Russian) and The Barrier (Spanish).
To The Lake I quite liked. Its a fairly generic deadly virus outbreak scenario but the focus is really on the struggle for a couple families against anarchy to get to safety while Russia falls apart.

The Barrier isn't that good but was interesting enough to watch to the end of season 1. Scenario is a very authoritarian future Spain, strict classism and unquestionable military rule. Story is about a family who move to Madrid and try to stay together. Needs a season 2 which hasn't been renewed by Netflix yet, else season 1 is not worth a watch.

Always Sunny In Philadelphia you mean haha but yes, it’s great! Some episodes are naff but others are gold.

Absolutely brilliant show...usually. More often than not.

@Nobby Nobbs, I suggest you keep watching. You shouldn't stop watching if only because of...the implication.

Yes it is okay like any good things I should be watching.

'Queens Gambit' is very good so far, I also enjoyed 'His Dark Materials'. I'm waiting till they get a few more episodes up online for Fargo but that would also be quality.

It's a brilliant show , almost to the point that it's cult following has took it almost mainstream in popularity now, although not quite.

Well worth watching series 2 onwards as your man says, there is some absolutely fantastic episodes in there over the seasons, Danny devito was born to play Frank !

Agreed, the barrier is pointless without a season 2.
