It is weird because as much as I want to say it was terrible, it wasn't. It's mad but there are some parts of it that keep you watching it to see what twist the story is going to take.

Kyle MacLachlan and some of the others seem like they're overacting at times but it works with how weird the whole thing is. The dream sequences boiled my head.

The over acting kind of the point as it's inspired on 80's soaps.

The acting isn’t the best, but it’s a story that needs to be told.

Black spot. French. Don’t think they’re going to do a 3rd season though and it leaves a lot of unanswered questions. Some great characters.

Just finished Harry Bosch 8 episodes a bit rushed as Covid 19 is mentioned in the last episode ......still great stuff - my older brother is still reading the books as he ventures into a private detective which he claims are just as good
The rumours are a series of a young Harry Bosch will be made in the future .......?

A quick update on my odyssey of watching Spiral.
First thing to say is my French has improved dramatically.
Finished series five now and the quality improves series by series. Three more to go, 36 episodes.

Been enjoying Spiral, too, mate. Just finshed series 6.

I've always liked how the French language sounds, and you'll know the character on Spiral with the nickname Tintin (sort of pronounced Tantan in French, with soft n's for those who don't know). I like the sound of it so much, I now say it out loud, in my best jarg French accent, every time his name gets mentioned or he enters a scene.

It's driving my missus mad. I think she's hoping he gets killed off. lol

That's the lawyer isn't it?

Every episode of every series. I'm on series six episode 5. It's so bloody good. From the flawed police officers, the judiciary, the fact there's about five things going on at once.its brilliant.
