;) Just put the record on my sky box - seen it advertised - been busy buying my 2nd car this week ..... three cars one scrapped, two part exchanged .....
Bank account decimated ....
I love that show they are a great combination of wit & comradeship.... great viewing;)
 

Episode 1 of the new series : Vigil.

BBC 1 last night and looking good.

Great cast and written by the team who wrote Line Of Duty.

The nets of a trawler off the Scottish coast, become snagged on a nuclear submarine, dragging the crew and the boat to the bottom.

A radio operator on a British nuclear sub, realises what’s going on and challenges the Captain to surface and help them.

He’l later found dead from an apparent heroin overdose on board.

A mainland CID officer is flown into the sub to investigate and starts to suspect foul play.

Very well written and acted.

Episode 2 on tonight.

A Scot found dead of a heroin overdose and they send plod, sounds like fantasy to me

Looking forward to episode 2 tonight.

There's another good series upcoming on the BBC2 (The North Water) it's the story about a whaling expedition that goes a little pear-shaped. Stars Stephen Graham, Colin Farrell (who is excellent as the psychotic Henry Drax) and Jack O'Connell.

Well written and acted with a good story line. Well worth a watch
