Also started watching the US version of The Office for the first time, on season 4 now but I'm starting to lose interest... its got a bit samey and repetitive and the main character Michael just annoys me now, does it improve or get worse ?

I’d say keep going but if you’re not enjoying it by Season 4 you’re probs not going to get back into it.

Probably peaks but about season 4/5.

Its a nice way to kill half an hour but I started to get really irritated by pretty much every character other than Dwight towards the end.

The writers really lose the plot around season 7 so if you’re struggling now I’d say you’re not going to enjoy it as you go further.

I'd actually put It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia into the same category as well. Recently just finished all 14 seasons on Netflix and absolutely love it - gets better and better as it goes on.

Yeah, Always Sunny is so consistent after the first few seasons. They strike a very weird balance of being very hateable but watchable all the same

Pam and Jim are also a terrible couple.

Not one woman in the world would be happy at their husband buying his parents house for them to live in.
