TV Series

Yeah saw the Chapo series ;)

Narcos is brilliant and the Mexican side is really solid writing and great visuals.

I may watch Narcos Mexico again from scratch before getting stuck into this new series.

To get that many good Spanish speaking actors, into what is essentially an English speaking series, is a real credit to makers too.

There`s not one actor in it, that you think looks out of place or corny.

VINYL (2016)- a real missed opportunity.
A series I wished they would have continued with.
An epic 70's-set recreation of the US music industry with a fantastic cast, flawless production design and a killer soundtrack. Written by the Sopranos/Boardwalk Empire scribe Terence Winter. Produced by Scorcese and Jagger.
Constantly wired record label owner Richie Finestra (the always great Bobby Cannavale) struggles to keep his company afloat in the cut-throat NYC music scene, mixing with mobsters, David Bowie, Elvis Presley, Led Zep and pretty much anybody else who was a music icon during that time. I always thought these scenes when a wired Ritchie acts out "Enter the Dragon" were comedy gold....
Such a shame they cancelled it after only one season, it was boss. What a season though, it was brilliant and definitely worth your time.

Started watching Crash Landing on You a couple nights ago.
It’s a Korean show on Netflix with the premise of a wealthy Korean woman accidentally landing in North Korea while hang gliding.
Very enjoyable and ridiculously campy at times
