TV Series

Peaky Blinders current and final series being shown doing its best to sully all that's gone before. You really had to have been with it from the start to appreciate what's ongoing in Tommy's mind. Anyone tuning in for the first time will be wondering what the fuss has been about.
Not a spoiler but the American character shown last night tenuously depicting Joseph Kennedy, JFK's father.

I wouldn't say I've not enjoyed the 2 episodes so far, but I didn't really understand exactly what was going on last night.

I could watch scenes between Hardy and Murphy all day though. They deliver every time

its one of the most under appreciated series ever made. About as realistic true crime gangster type show as you’ll get. Only series 1 was brought to England on channel 5 . None of the others did for some reason .

kin was made by the same people only ABC studios in America jumped on board with kin . that’s why I think kin isn’t quite as good. love hate is less flashy and more realistic

Just checked and its on Amazon Prime,all 5 series.
I enjoyed Kin for what is was,a good drama with great cast.I look forward to watching Love Hate soon.
 

Rock till we Drop is a hoot on BBC 2 Tuesday catch it up on BBC2 i player a series of four - where Martin kemp etc try to audition for a band to play last year's Isle of white festival - only snag they have to be over 65 years old it's funny & sad as two groups compete after many,many, auditions two shown so far ... very good veiwing ;)
