TV Series

Top Boy brilliant.

Some of the characters do awful things but you still manage to feel for them. Jamie for example, when he is with his brothers.

Kano superb.
Every bit of it.
Best piece of tv I've seen for a long while. So many strands going on alongside the main theme means there isn't a scene whereby you pick up on something relevant to the enjoyment.
On episode six of S2 of the Netflix production so two tonight and finish tomorrow.
Favourite character amongst a brilliant cast is Jaq.
Any Peaky fans spot the Paul Anderson character?

Got to be awards coming his way.

His relationship with Jason is just magical and heartbreaking at the same time.

He’s been truly outstanding and I’d really like to see him have a good go at something else.

Him and Ashley Walters are the best anti heroes, since Genni and Chiro in Gomorrah.

I could really see him following in Ashley Walters footsteps and playing a detective.

Top Cat was a great series in the 60s.
Officer Dibble: "I dunno Top Cat. I'm sure you're up ta sumtin."
TC : "Oh come on Dribble. Live a little!"
Apparently it was based on The Bilko Show.
We used to do all the voices in our playground. Fancy was like Cary Grant. "Sorry babe - gotta dash!"

Totally agree with all you say.
Big, and I mean big, similarity appearance wise, with the scouse character Curtis and Gennie from Gomorrah dont you reckon?

I did think that too, although I didn’t really understand the need to the have scousers in it, as it didn’t really take the storyline anywhere - other than giving Jacqs a bit more air time ?
Does seem a bit random. A nod to the stereotypical feeling all scousers are dealers maybe?
