TV Series

Worry a bit for season 2. Hope they don’t drag it out or try an over elaborate story. I can’t see how they can keep up the quality all the way through. Should be 3 seasons max.

The tension and branching off of all the characters on the final episode was really smartly done.
There's an AMA with the writer on Reddit who says they can go 2 or 6 as the story is quite complicated and there's lots of paths to follow, but they'll try to make it fit and end normally, as with this season.

Basically makes the programme what it is. Without him it would be bang average. He lifts it to another level.
Yeah the first episode was a bit of a cliche riddled mess. When Oldman first turns up and it seems they’ve just cast him as a gross out merchant I was ready to give up, but as soon as his character gets a bit of depth to work with he smashes it out of the park.

It will forever baffle me that he’s the brother of Big Mo off Eastenders.

Just had to Google that lol never knew that. Incredible haha

Only just noticed end of Slow Horses episode 6 previews the next season. Looks wild but maybe a bit too much of the same? I don't want it to drag out into some sort of The Bill territory.
