Liked the story. Was a bit slow moving in parts but definitely a good watch. Fair amount of decent sci fi about

Watched the first four episodes of Pachinko over the past week or so. Highly recommend if you have an interest in 20th century Japanese/Korean history

House of the Dragon is starting to gain momentum now, really liking it.

What initially annoyed me was the huge jump in the timeline between episodes, with not much really going on. Last 2 of 3 episodes have been very good viewing though and it’s just starting to gain speed as a good series.

It was pretty much intro until now, now real conflict begins (sibling trio vs their half sister and uncle). All in the family among those wacky Targaryens.

Though they seemed to make one side full villains now with whole rape thing (that wasn't in the book, or at least i don't remember it)

Personal opinion of course, but HBO sure know how to make good (fantasy) show. It just seem so much more real, grounded, raw and brutal then likes of Netflix Witcher and Amazon Wheel of Time and now LOTR.

Murder, incest, rape, no matter how brutal, HBO shy of nothing, they just show how it is, while competitors just always seem to prance around uncomfortable themes.

I was personally disappointed how they watered down Witcher from the books and games, it almost seemed as school play at times
