I'm finding it hard to take him seriously. Otherwise it's really good though. Read a few (factual) books on the early days of the SAS and it's reasonably accurate.
Well that’s me finally caught up and finished Better Call Saul. I’ve been avoiding this thread to ensure I didn’t pick up even the smallest of spoilers. I’m sure it’s all been said, a superb series with a superb finale . Probably not far behind The Wire in my list of favourite series .

Yeah it’s worth giving BCS a go again, it’s a bit of a slow burner that gets better , but if you didn’t like BB it may not be for you ?Watched all of breaking bad and thought it was overrated (especially when the wife was onscreen it was like nails on a blackboard).
Tried 1.5 seasons of BCS and turned it off.
Is it worth trying again or is it just not for me?
I picked up the book the series is based on the other day, it was going cheap in Tesco , same title SAS : Rogue Heroes , by Ben Macintyre. I haven’t started it yet , I don’t want to get ahead of the Tv series , so I’m not sure how series and book compare. The only problem is, every time I see David Stirling, images of him bumming Eric from Sex Education come into my head. lol

I’ve tried twice to watch Breaking Bad, got half way through S3 on the second attempt and that was enoughWatched all of breaking bad and thought it was overrated (especially when the wife was onscreen it was like nails on a blackboard).
