3 episodes in, the missus fell asleep… so not sure she was into it
would it be too hasty to knock it on the head now, or can I convince her it’s worth sticking with?

It’s not your usual cop show, as it’s as much about the individual officers and their lives, as it is about their jobs.

It’s not a fast paced show, but the writing and acting is fantastic.

If she wants a “ shoot em up “ cop show, it’s not for her.

First 3 episodes seemed to move on quickly from each crime, so wasn’t really sure where it was going.

Stick with it, it’s very good and gave a lot of the actors a leg up into the big time.

It had a lot better writing than the last couple of seasons of game of thrones which were like a nativity play. Nothing will compare with those early seasons but it has laid a good platform.
