'Skeleton Crew'

Star Wars has been mostly misses, with a few hits, (Andor and first 2 seasons of Mando).

Wasn't expecting much from this, but was very pleasantly surprised. It is clearly aimed at kids, but is so reminiscent of 80's kids films, it is very enjoyable. If you grew up watching ET, The Goonies, Indiana Jones, Flight of the Navigator, etc, it may well be right up your alley.

Binged 5 episodes last night.

Ive been watching it too and it must be fun for kids like you said but also quite a smooth watch for adults.

Just finished Dune Prophecy.

I was something that I was really looking forward to and proved to be a bit of a let down tbh.

The sets, cinematography and production were fantastic, but it just felt a bit flat, didn`t hold your attention and you didn`t really identify with any of the characters.

Plus a lot of the supporting cast weren`t too hot at acting either.

Looks like there`s going to be another.

I thought it set things up well though clearly didnt have the same director.

Started watching a docudrama called 'Unbelievable' on Netflix. Tells the story of a serial rapist in the US. I'm 4 episodes in out of 8 and it is definitely worth watching.

This, had been recommended it by a couple of people, read a little about it but it didn't seem my thing, finally gave it a go and surprisingly enjoying it, it's an easy going watch, nothing complicated, the characters work well off each other and even the minor characters are amusing

Great show but a really tough watch. Really good performances all round.

Kaitlyn Dever who plays the main girl is in the new series of The Last of Us so looking forward to seeing her in that too.

So, Squid Game Season 2...

Not as good as Season 1 (which was borderline a masterpiece for me) but it was still a great season in what is a truly excellent show.

I wouldn't pay much mind to the people who say they 'hated' it - a gross overreaction.
