I know, I know. Don't all shout at once. Did you all enjoy your sleep? - 'Nightmare' doesn't even come close. Anything that could go wrong, did. Everything from server time outs during transfers, to electric failing in the house, to ISP going down.

The forum upgrade cost a fair whack ($250) and although there is no visible improvement; it has set stronger foundations in place for our ever growing community which will be utilised shortly.

I reluctantly had to upgrade before I’d have liked so please excuse the momentary step back, it was a necessity for longevity in the grand scheme.

Please use this thread to report all issues.

Current Issues;

1. The search index is still being rebuilt so excuse any search feature. It'll also impact speed.

2. The general appearence.

You can click 'Go Advanced' at the bottom right on the quick reply. Seems to be an extra click on this forum, possibly a usage saver but something we'll look into.

Nice one for the effort and money D/D, she's looking prettier.

I know it's still a work in progress but a mobile version would be super, at some point.

Thanks for the patience all. As I say, I reluctantly had to upgrade before I’d have liked and well aware that this is a momentary step back but it it was a necessity for longevity in the grand scheme.

It's been a frustrating day and events may effect my feelings, but my initial reaction was one of distaste. I'm not one for changes, this is a bit soon after the official site changed (for the worse), I used to like how it was there, but since they went off line, for six months (angry face) in the end, when they returned the BlueRoom was an awful mess, this was down to a minority of brain dead idiots, if they had been dealt with ahead of time then then maybe the change would not have been necessary.

First impressions on here is I wish it had been kept to how it was, I was not aware a change was even Imminent, it was a shock to me, and now it's done, I can't say I'm in favor of it, I don't expect this is a temporary setback, some people will find it an improvement but in all sincerity I'm not mad about it, I wish I could of given some disingenuous response where I think it's outstanding and I'm all for it, but I can't.

I can appreciate the time and expense put into developments but from a participant perspective it's not for me.


Just my two pence worth that's all, since opinions were asked for.

I always have that, when there is a change, where you're not sure of the new layout for a while.

I don't know much about websites and stuff but this one does look a bit more polished and Danny said it has some good new features, which will be used soon enough.

One thing that would help is the penning of some sound articles by our good selves, we talked about this a while ago. There's been some really good stuff I've seen on here, Gringo doing the latest. So pen up share you thoughts/rants/fetishes.

This is a very minor error but sometimes the info about a thread will say it has, for example, 20 replies and 0 views. The first time I saw it, it went back to normal after a while so it probably isn't much of a problem.

I agree, it doesnt seem as smooth, dont like it msyelf, but im OLD SKOOL Me, hate change.

But no doubt it will grow on Me and its content rather than presentation.
