Ordered a new motor (on a lease) last week and expected delivery is May. Just hope my current car is still worth top dollar when I sell it.

I ordered mine in August and it was due in November, had a call to say it'll be February now and I suspect it'll get pushed back further.
I’ve used select contracts a few times in the past, been sound.Urgently need to get shut of my old 59 plate Megane, and after seeing their tv ads, had a look at Zen Auto car leasing. The new car I’ve been looking at looks to have very reasonable monthly payments compared to finding the £20k to buy the car outright. I’ve never considered leasing before but I like the look of it compared to PCP, which I’ve never been interested in. The Zen website seems to suggest the cars would be available right away, but some of the posts on here suggest that isn’t going to be the case. Anybody have experience of Zen?
Just signed up for a new car on lease. Won't be here until May.
Will need to sell my current car so hopefully 2nd hand prices remain high early next year.

Alright Lads, looking at leasing for the first time myself, went to Vanarama, found the car I wanted and was set to go , then they email saying the quotes were wrong and that the prices were actually 20% more, frustrating and makes me a little suspicious, Just interested in which lease companies other people have used or would recommendI’ve used select contracts a few times in the past, been sound.
I’ve used select car contracts a few times mate, had a few brand new cars of them never had any issues at all. Easy to deal with and fast.Alright Lads, looking at leasing for the first time myself, went to Vanarama, found the car I wanted and was set to go , then they email saying the quotes were wrong and that the prices were actually 20% more, frustrating and makes me a little suspicious, Just interested in which lease companies other people have used or would recommend
I’ve got a small car to sell. Vauxhall Viva. 66 plate but less than 11,000 miles. What would people recommend in terms of selling it?
This will be my 3rd lease. My first leon cupra I went through Centralukvehiclesolutions. They were fine, they were just the broker so took their slice and the rest of my dealings were with VAG finance. Second cupra I went direct through Seat Stockport, they didn't take an arrangement fee which was good, and again the rest of the contact was with VAG group after I'd taken delivery.Alright Lads, looking at leasing for the first time myself, went to Vanarama, found the car I wanted and was set to go , then they email saying the quotes were wrong and that the prices were actually 20% more, frustrating and makes me a little suspicious, Just interested in which lease companies other people have used or would recommend

My current one is with another broker, so I've already paid them £180 to secure the deal.
I'd say go and have a look on the pistonheads forum. There's a general leasing thread about how it all works, and another with deals people have seen. You need to move quite quick with the lease deals, they can only be around for a day or two, or even not at all in some cases. Accidental (deliberate) pricing errors are often put out there by brokers to get you in contact and try to offer you alternative (worse) deals.
I was initially worried about leasing but wouldn't think twice about it now. As long as you look after the car as if it was your own. Deffo have a look over on pistonheads though.
