Love that he can genuinely use both feet. Hitting it like that with his left is special.BLAMMO!
He needs to find a club that will stop trying to make him a wingerI guess given the team is so young and so many guys have yet to establish themselves you could say it about a few players outside of Pulisic, Reyna, and now Pepi probably gets mentioned a ton - as to who is going to be the best player of this generation/team.
I've been following him for a bit, I wish I said it sooner, but the more I see the more I think it. I think Musah could be the best out of all these young guys. He has a good touch, and his size and athleticism isn't something these other guys have in the midfield and up front.
He looks like he sees the game well, but hasn't completely wowed me in that regard yet but I feel something is there. He mishit the cross but I believe he took it on his first touch about 5 minutes ago. It was a good idea.
The 28th minute he just won the ball in the midfield, holding a guy off on one side with a simple touch just knocks back a 50/50 ball to a teammate and we win control. It's such a simple play, but I don't recall ever seeing an American do it with such ease. I have high hopes for this kid.

I have no problem with Valencia at all in theory but they haven't played him centrally for the first team and to me he's just clearly a central midfielder. So at some point he's got to decide if they're right for him.Completely agree. I think he'll get a shot at a bigger club, and hopefully they'll do right.. Not that they're terribly small, I just think highly of him as a prospect..
I just really have been excited ever since I watched him when I read he switched to the US.
They should stop the clock too to take away any desire to time waste.Play stops for you, you’re off for 3 minutes. Make it a rule and fix this stupid problem. No chance that’s a head injury.
They should. That one wasn’t about time though. We had a ball in a dangerous area, ball hit him in the forehead not at all traveling at pace and he decided to stay down to kill a chance of an attack. They should stop the clock too to take away any desire to time waste.
John Strong from FOX is basically the only American commentator who has figured out the proper cadence for calling soccer. So largely Brits because aside from Strong they tend to be pretty bad.Do US soccer fans prefer having a brit commentator rather than an American ?
