Why are people still discussing this? Fox said it isnt happening, therefore it isnt happening.
 
This is so typical of efc yet again a player who has been watched we are been lead to believe on a number of occasions and no money to bid why is it every transfer window we might do a bit of business come the last day.as a club we have a huge huge opportunity to take that step invest and bring in some players and get us nearer 4th spot and champions league spot. Typical..I've never seen this lad play so don't know if he would have cut it in premier league but at least it was a addition,one for the future,add depth to the squad.frustration galore.think the club needs to have a good luck at themselves.Rant over!!!
 

don't know why everyone is going on about Forren, myself i think Heitinga is a better
player when on form he was great for us last season so give the lad a break.

for all we know Forren could be sh.t

they didn't offer for him because he was too slow not because they didn't have the money. would be pointless watching a player if there was no chance of signing him in the 1st place

I'll say it again, our people went to watch him, they didn't rate him. We're no longer interested. No point signing a player just because it's an extra body. Those are exactly the kind of transfers a club in our financial state cannot afford.

Should be illegal for anyone with potential to go to Fulham, no offence to the massive Fulham following on this board.

I agree, just think Heitinga doesn't want to be here anymore. If we could get the beast of last season back i'd not even consider selling him but I fear we won't see that player in an Everton shirt again.
