You can eat dairy if you want, Vegans won'tI wouldn't know what a Vegetarian shouldn't eat, obviously MEAT, what about dairy products !!
This is very true, don't be too hard on yourself either if it takes a while and you are still eating meat once a week or month as you continue to learn and start enjoying different foodI wouldn't worry about diary, I've been a vegan since the 90s so I don't but if you do too much at once it can be a shock too your system
Meat, eggs, fish, there the main ones
Snap, 6 years for me. The only thing I miss now and again is a bacon sandwich.I’ve done pescatarian for a long while and it was easy enough. I felt better for it too.
I did today mate, I did a Quorn Chilli, & it was ok ! Never had Qourn before !!You can eat dairy if you want, Vegans won't
I cut it out for health reasons and it really helps me.
I cook a lot of my own food. If you eat lots of the frozen Vegetarian items then you are eating plop. I can basicaly eat what anyone else does, I just substitute the meat for a meat free item. Loads of choice out there. Why not try having a vegetarian day once or twice a week and see how you get on with it. I won't go vegan, but I do eat vegan once a week.
Oh don't say that LOL, I never thought about that !!Snap, 6 years for me. The only thing I miss now and again is a bacon sandwich.
You can get fake bacon, which eases the pain ?Oh don't say that LOL, I never thought about that !!
Yo pat.You can get fake bacon, which eases the pain ?
Scrambled tofu with tumeric has been a great go to brekky for meI haven’t eaten meat in 35 years, can honestly say I’ve never missed it. My missus is a ‘proper’ veggie in that she eats mainly vegetables and tofu whereas I have lots of veggie sausages/burgers etc.
The only problem I ever had was dining out with friends. Used to be very tricky getting veggie food in Australia unless we went to an Indian/Thai place, however these days most places have an extensive plant based menu.
Give it a go and see how you feel!

Hi Sam hope you are well tonight. There are a fair few cheeses that aren't vegetarian, parmesan is one of them
