Hope she’s ok mate, it’s been pretty bad this week. Hopefully these exercises I’ve been doing will work. How does she deal with it?

I had it as a side effect of antibiotics once. Pretty nasty. Once I was on the tube and I couldn’t look out the window. I was sat with a bottle of water in my hand and had to just look down and stare at that the whole way. Must’ve looked proper weird
