So weird how this place has become so American with it's divisive nature.

He's crap like so far and he's doing a pony tail...but the board has become American in it's division.

He got turned inside out by Martial for the first goal, then saved them from conceding a certain second a bit later on.

I'd expect a CB coming into a defence that's in the process of being re-made to take a few games to find their feet. There's some serious knee-jerking going on here. This feller will shine in the PL. I'm convinced of that.

....I wouldn't rush to judge the lad based on yesterday, Southampton defended poorly but are coming off a few clean sheets. Time will tell if he is good enough and if we were right in going down the Mori route.

Southampton defensively have lost Forster and Bertrand to long term injury, Alderweireld and Clyne left in the summer, and the key back four screening player, Schneiderlin left them also.

A couple of new centre backs walking into that can be excused trying to get a grip of things for a few weeks.
