People need a little reality check here. VVD will end up at a team playing champions league football and most likely Liverpool. They're a team much further ahead than Everton at this current moment. Maybe a couple more years and we can compete for these 'elite' players. Until then let's hope youth and scouting keep us in the hunt this year.
 
Won't happen as like others have said Williams will be first choice this season but how amazing would it be if just for once we got one over on them lot. Signing Van Dijk would send them into meltdown especially if they end up selling Coutinho.

Please Moshiri give Evertonians something to brag about for once! shove it up Aldo, Thommo, Carragher and McGregors pipes!

lollol McGregor doesn't care about Everton or the RS...he's just getting a rise out of people, seems to have worked!

I Coudnt care if they signed messi. They still woudnt win the prem.

They are a hateful bunch, One and all. I work with predominantly Red fans at work and they have done nothing but chat about how we are spending the money on no marks. I really want to shut them up this season, Here is desperately hoping !!

I know they are, it's weird because they're the only set of fans I can think of that are completely incapable of looking at football from an objective viewpoint. Everyone else can acknowledge that we've improved in almost every area from the squad we had last season, but they just absolutely won't allow themselves to accept it. Nothing will change that, as I said even if we're top of the league after 30 games they'll just be waffling on about how many of our players are leaving in the summer.
 
We should put in a £65m bid and leak it to the press. He won't come, but it will inflate his price, stop them getting him on the cheap because Southampton couldn't sell him for less and cause a massive fume among kopites.
