If we are playing a flat back four he'd be ok, and McNeil ahead makes sense but we are playing wingbacks which suits neither. That is £40m combined on players that don't fit into roles. You could perhaps convert both, Myko as a LCB and McNeil as LWB, but why sign players who need that much work?
