2024/25 Vitalii Mykolenko

I don't think Myko was singled out as such, he just put himself front and centre by approaching an already angry bunch of fans at the end of the match. Players can't really win that one after a defeat. If they ignore the fans and leave at the end of the game, they "don't care"; if they approach the angry fans to talk, they get verbally abused.
Think he was one of the better players on the pitch in that game too. Never understand really why fans give players much guff for coming over after a defeat, least the ones that do have the courteousy and guts to do it. Always think it's the ones with less balls that go straight down the tunnel that should get it moreso at the next opportunity

Not sure theres a correct reaction to defeat, don't particularly mind someone storming off the pitch in fury. Fans like to become body language experts but as usual we haven't really got a clue.

I've slated Mykolenko a lot for being to narrow and forgetting about the player behind him but I did notice It's Dyches tactics today...because Young done the exact same thing...to close to Keane and their right winger/midfielder exposed us...
Other managers are on to this!
Was pointed out a lot last season. Keeps them narrow which prevents players cutting in and basically banks on tarks/branthwaite winning the headers from any crosses.
