Definitely not claiming he is any better than he looks, I though he was “ok” and tried to be a bit adventurous. But wasn’t helped by Ndiaye frequently getting lost. Sometimes Illy stood on the touchline so nowhere for Myko to go. Then drifted inside but not really finding space that Armstrong did, so hard for anyone to combine with him unless he broke a tackle.

Again, not bigging Myko up, but Patto and Armstrong worked out each others areas of operation immediately. On the other side they struggled and made each other look a bit confused positionally.

I’ve not completely given up on Myko. He won’t ever be half a Baines, but he isn’t the utter rancid dog-muck people sometimes like to claim when ranting.
