What makes him a worst pick over all the other risky choices?

That for me (sadly) is where we are at. Of all the managers linked they all pose their own risks.

He's managed 10 clubs over the last 18 years and he's only managed to get in to a second season with 3 of those clubs. If he hasn't succeeded over the last 18 years I can't see him succeeding at a club that is utterly broken and needs a miracle to get it back to the top 6 of the PL.
