No mate it's hard to predict who will be a success, it's amazingly easy to predict who'll fail spectacularly.

Example we hire Steve Bruce, a million percent he will fail.

Joking aside, I don't know too much about him so if he is appointed fingers crossed he's up for a relegation scrap in the EPL as his first job here.
