He'll need a work permit, he definatly won't be ready in time.

I doubt any new signings will be on the bench, if there in a reasonable fitness level they'll play. Moyes isn't usually like that I know but he has no choice.

I think where going to have to pull someone like Jason Koumas out the bag or thrash out a quick deal for Manny Fernandes.

Why would you worry about an article in Wikipedia? Do you not realise that anyone in the world can edit any page they want. I could change his description to say that he has signed for Brighton and Hove Albion if I wanted.
 
i think we all know he's a must now, unless of course another striker is lined up

oh what i wouldn't give to have a five minute conversation with moyes aside from all the press conference and secrecy bollocks and just find out exactly what he's planning or even if he has a plan at all. i'm trying to keep the faith but my patience is running thing

moyes has so far been able to get us some fantastic loan deals, i'm praying this one pans out.
 
What price a certain Mr Ross called some journalist mates of his to leak a story to the press that Love is as good as an Everton player? It is very suspicious that the stories popped up like that - where did the newspapers get their information from?
 

Ok, so all the rumours are back again saying that Love is coming, and no hes not, oh yes he is, oh no he isnt.
Well on Setanta this is what it says

However, CSKA director general Roman Babaev insists there have been no discussions about a loan deal for their star striker.

“It isn’t true that we have loaned Vagner Love to Everton,” he told Sport.

“There are no negotiations about that.”


Does that mean we are discussing a transfer and not a loan move?
Or does it mean what we all suspect, we havent made a move for Love and if we have its probably to be sponsored by Love Heart sweets, hopefully if this is the case BK will open a packet and the first one will say "It's over" and the second one will say "Sell, Sell, Sell"

Not a chance

I have read some of these reports as well, at first I thought it was possible that we would get him on loan,

But after reading the quotes from his club this morning it seems highly unlikely, he was linked in January with; us, Spurs and City and apparently said he was not interested in joining a "second rate" premier league club at that time.

Apparently he was recently substituted and had a tantrum, which is probably where there reports have come from, either agents trying to engineer a move or newspapers putting 2 and 2 together to get 5
 

well 2 things ive read this morning is that smith is going nowhere and that moscow havent even been in contact with everton at all concerning a loan move for love.(both official)

now you could split hairs and say , "well that doesnt rule out us buying him".

i personaly think the only iron we have in the fire is m'bia.he wont be coming untill after the olympics.

sorry lads but most of the tranfer threads were a waste of time , false hopes and media hype.
