When companies engage in expensive PR campaigns, re how great it is to work for them.

You just know, they are a shower of exploitative rats who run a massive sweatshop.

They treat their warehouse employees like sh!t and I will fully admit that I get way too dependent on how easy they make it to order from them. Shame on me.

3 rumours;
1) sky won't broadcast the game in the uk...or elsewhere for all I know
2) If they do it will be with 'generic crowd noise' ala Covid
3) Searches at the gate for 'offensive' banners or signs, aka, anything remotely critical.

Given the recent PL actions, Re. 3) I'd like to think that The Club would not be as cooperative as they would've been during say headlockgate

Father and son died on the same day, 14 years apart while working on Hoover Dam
On Dec. 20, 1921, a crew surveying locations for the dam got caught in a flash flood, and a man named John Gregory Tierney was lost forever in the raging Colorado River, one of the first casualties of the project. Then on Dec. 20, 1935, 14 years later to the day, the job site suffered its last fatal accident, when a worker fell to his death from one of the two intake towers on the Arizona side of Black Canyon. That man was Patrick William Tierney, J.G. Tierney’s only son.

Doing e-karting at that Gravity Max tonight, has anybody been? I've never even been go-karting so no idea what to expect in terms of speed/exhilaration.
How did you find it? Have never been in one of those e-karts, but have done plenty of karting beforem both indoor and outdoor (infact had a session at Buckmore Park yesterady myself). Would be interested to see how they compare.

I've worked there and the working conditions are very much that - a warehouse. You're expected to reach a quota based on your position (which they track via devices etc.), you get breaks with everyone else on your shift, a lot of breakspots so you don't have to waste 50% of your break getting to the coffee machine/fridge and a lot of free or very cheap stuff - meals in the canteen cost basically nothing for a full meal and drinks are free.

There's a reason a lot of the people who work there are foreigners (in the UK ones at least) - it's an easy job to get into and get paid decent to robotically walk around like.
